About
The premium matcha latte market is broken. We're rebuilding it.
A café matcha latte costs $7–9. The matcha inside it is usually low-grade dust. The dose is small — often under a teaspoon for the entire drink. You waited in line. You spent thirty-five minutes getting it. And by the time it's in your hand, you've already burned through the window of your day it was supposed to protect.
GOOD HOUR™ exists to give the hour back.
What we make.
A premium oat matcha latte. Cold-activated. Single-serve. Ten seconds from pouch to focus.
Each serving carries 3.5g of ingredient-grade matcha — roughly 3x the dose of an average café latte. Six clean ingredients: matcha, oat milk powder, allulose, MCT oil powder with acacia fiber, sunflower lecithin, sea salt. That's it. No gums. No synthetic flavors. No functional theater. Built like a performance stack, not a latte mix.
Pour cold water into the included glass tumbler. Add one pouch. Shake ten seconds. Drink. Repeat tomorrow.
Why "GOOD HOUR."
The first hour of your day decides the next ten.
The good hour is the most productive sixty minutes most people will have all day — quiet, sharp, before the world starts asking for things. We built GOOD HOUR™ to be the tool you reach for in that window. A ritual that protects the hour instead of stealing from it.
That's the entire bet.
Who we are.
GOOD HOUR™ was founded by Brandon Fassberg in NYC. Brandon's previous work in community architecture and aesthetic precision — including The Avocado Club — informs the brand's "Modern Builder" ethos: premium materials, considered design, no shortcuts.
We operate out of a NYC production kitchen. Every Foundation Launch Kit is hand-packed and shipped directly to you.
What we believe.
Better grade. Ingredient-grade matcha, shade-grown, stone-milled, single-origin. Sourced from heritage Japanese producers we vetted directly.
Bigger dose. 3.5g per serving. Roughly 3x what you get at the average café. Built so the matcha actually does the work.
Less time. Ten seconds, cold water, done. Built for the morning that actually has to start.
Less money. $4.80–$6.40 per serving instead of $7–9. Better matcha, less time, less money.
What's next.
Drop 001 goes live Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET. 120 Foundation Launch Kits. Each buyer becomes one of 120 founding members — first access to every future drop, free shipping for life on subscriptions, founder discount on every new product launch.
The library is being built one carefully designed product at a time. We don't pre-announce SKUs we aren't ready to ship. What we will tell you is this: every Drop is better than the one before it. Better matcha, sharper formulation, tighter design. The brand is built on continuous improvement — every release evolves the experience.
The math.
A café matcha latte costs $7–9. Add the 20% tip the touchscreen asks for and you're really paying $8.40–$10.80 per drink. GOOD HOUR™ subscription is $4.80 per serving. No tip prompt. No line. Better grade, bigger dose, less time, less money.
We're supportive of tipping workers — this isn't about the tip. It's about the total cost the menu doesn't show you. Once you do the math, the $9 café latte starts looking like the expensive option.
Join the waitlist at goodhourmatcha.com. We'll see you at 10:00 AM ET on June 27.
